Imboga za Karoti ni imboga nziza cyane zikoreshwa mu ngo nyinshi hano iwacu mu Rwanda. Izi mboga ushobora kuziteka ndetse ahenshi zinakoreshwa ari mbisi mu byo bita “Salade”, mu ma resitora ntiwapfa kuburamo salade, ikindi kandi izi mboga ushobora no kuzihekenya cyane cyane ko zidasharira, by’umwihariko abana bazikunda kubi. Izi karoti rero zigirira akamaro kenshi umuntu uzirya.
