Uburyo 6 umugore ashobora kwifashisha kugirango amenye ko ari mu minsi y’uburumbuke

Iminsi y’uburumbuke(=iminsi umugore yasamiraho) ibarirwa hagati yi 5 ni 11,ino minsi iherereye hagati mu kwezi k’umugore.

Iminsi 1-5:kujya mu mihango.
Iminsi 6-9:Mu gitsina cye haba humye ,ububobere ari buke cyane kandi bumeze nk’amazi.
Iminsi 10-12:Ururenda rutangira kugenda ruza buhoro buhoro rufatiriye
Iminsi 13-15:Ururenda ruza ku bwinshi ndetse rimwe na rimwe umugore akisanga imyenda ye y’imbere yatose,ruba rumatira ,rureduka ndetse rusa nk’umweru w’igi ribisi.
Iminsi 16-21:ururenda rukomeza kubaho ariko rugenda rugabanuka.
Iminsi 22-28:Mu gitsina harongera hagasa n’ahumye.

4.Uburyo bwo gukoresha udukoresho twabugenewe dupima uburumbuke

Muri za farumasi ,habamo udupimo umuntu yakoresha ngo amenye ko ari mu gihe cy’uburumbuke.Utu dukoresho tubasha kubona umusemburo (LH=Luteinizing hormone)uboneka mu nkari igihe umuntu ari mu minsi ye y’uburumbuke.Iyo uyu musemburo uri mu nkari ku Gapimo hazaho udukoni tubiri,umusemburo waba utarimo hakaza agakoni kamwe.

5.Uburyo bwo kureba ibindi bimenyetso by’imihindagurikire y’umubiri

Bimwe mu bimenyetso bishobora kukubaho igihe uri mu gihe cy’uburumbuke:

 Kubyimba inda

 Kuribwa mu nda

 Kugira ubushake bwo kubonana n’umugabo bidasanzwe

 Kwiyongera k’ubunini bw’amabere

6.Gana muganga

Muganga ashobora kugusobanurira birenzeho ku bijyanye n’ukwezi kwawe ndetse akagufasha no kumenya iminsi yawe y’uburumbuke.Kandi ni byiza ko umugore n’umugabo bamenya ubuzima bw’imyororekere,umwe akaba yakunganira undi.
